Sports employment

Half an hour of vigorous physical exercises in day resists to depression of the person. The mood going in for sports improves. Intensive playing sports is most effective. At the person the mood improves, it ceases to be nervous and becomes more vigorous. Moreover, engaged wish to pay attention to physical exercises again and again every day.

Run

Employment by run are not recommended to be spent on asphalt or other firm surface as it is dangerous to joints. It is more preferable to run soil footpaths.

For those who only begins employment by run the sparing mode is recommended: minute of run should alternate with a minute of fast walking, and only after development of this mode pass to long run.
