Bison

Last European bison has been killed by the Polish poachers in 1921. On caucasus last three bisons have killed in 1926.

By means of 52 bisons who contained in bondage, scientists try to restore population of animals in those regions in which they primordially lived. Today moved under special programs from zoos on the nature of population of bisons live in Poland, Belarus, Lithuania, Moldova, in Ukraine and on caucasus.

For preservation of a bison in long-term prospect and the further development of population updating of a genofund at the expense of inclusion in reproduction of new individuals, and недопустить hunters is necessary.
